We’re proud to showcase our work on WT Land’s 60-unit midrise condo, a full design-build project that sets a new benchmark for sustainability. This net-zero carbon building is fully electrified, featuring in-suite V-Tac heat pumps for heating and cooling, a centralized heat pump makeup air system, and electric snow melted entryways—all without fossil fuels.
The project also includes 125KW of solar panels on the roof, significantly reducing energy consumption and promoting self-sufficiency.
